At least 24 hours in advance

Plans can change, and I completely understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance can be moved to another suitable date without a cancellation fee.

15 minutes or more

Please arrive on time for your appointment, as each treatment is carefully scheduled to allow sufficient time for your service.

If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. This policy is in place to avoid affecting appointments scheduled afterwards and to ensure every treatment can be performed safely and to the highest standard.

A new appointment will need to be booked, and the applicable cancellation fee may apply.

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Last-minute cancellations mean the reserved time cannot usually be offered to another client, so I kindly ask you to respect the cancellation policy.

Your appointment is secured with a deposit

For Permanent Makeup appointments, a €100deposit is required to secure your booking.

The deposit is deducted from the total treatment price. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours, or in case of a no-show.

For the best possible treatment and results, please follow the preparation instructions provided for your specific service.

For Permanent Makeup treatments, proper preparation is particularly important as it can affect the skin, treatment process, pigment retention and healing.

Permanent Makeup is a process, and results can vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, aftercare and natural healing.

Where a touch-up is included in the treatment, it should be scheduled within the recommended timeframe. A touch-up is intended to perfect and refine the healed result rather than completely change the original treatment.
